Arcadia door
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In architecture, an Arcadia door is a rectangular, sliding glass door that is mounted next to a similar glass partition and slides in its own plane to align with the partition when opened.
Arcadia doors are commonly used in some regions as doors between the interior of a home and a backyard patio or pool area, they are often called patio doors in this situation. The name Arcadia derives from the name of one well-known manufacturer of such doors.
