Air Ukraine was an airline based in Kiev, Ukraine. It operated scheduled domestic and international services and was the former Ukrainian flag carrier.

The airline was established and started operations in 1992. It was established from the Aeroflot Kiev division, with other Ukrainian divisions merged to it. It was declared bankrupt by its owner, the Ukrainian government, in December 2002 and was being restructured. Plan was to merge Air Ukraine, Aerosvit Airlines and Ukraine International Airlines as new Air Ukraine and flag carrier for the country. Plan failed and their operating license was removed.[citation needed]
