Reims Cathedral
Reims Cathedral (Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Reims) is famous by coronation of almost every king of France. Cathedral was damaged by fire in 1914 (after attack of German army). Plumb of the roof was melting and pouring down through gargouilles (drainpipes in form of heads and bodies of fantastic cretures). During the reconstruction in 1919, oak balcks of the cathedral were changed into concrete balcks. Cathedral is guarded by UNESCO.
