This file depicts the official coat of arms of a Hungarian city. According to 1.§ (4) of the Hungarian copyright law (1999./LXXVI.), copyright protection does not cover "legal provisions, other means of state direction, court and other official resolutions, announcements and documents issued by an authority or other official organ, as well as standards made obligatory by law and other similar regulations." Official coat of arms, being defined in such a regulation, are thus in the public domain. Note: The usage of coats of arms is governed by legal restrictions, independent of the copyright status of the depiction shown here. Ez a kép egy magyar település hivatalos címerét ábrázolja. A címer közkincs, mert a magyar szerzői jogi törvény (1999./LXXVI.) 1.§ (4) szerint „a jogszabályok, az állami irányítás egyéb jogi eszközei, a bírósági vagy hatósági határozatok, a hatósági vagy más hivatalos közlemények és az ügyiratok, valamint a jogszabállyal kötelezővé tett szabványok és más hasonló rendelkezések” nem tartoznak a törvény hatálya alá, így a településcímerek sem, mert önkormányzati rendelet határozza meg őket.
