- interaction par une hélices α hydrophobe transmembranaire (protéine membranaire bitopique);
- interaction par plusieurs hélices α hydrophobes transmembranaires;
- interaction par un tonneau β transmembranaires (soit plusieurs brins β transmembranaires);
