말괄량이 삼총사 (원제: Totally Spies!)는 프랑스의 애니메이션 TV시리즈이다. 이 시리즈의 영어 녹음은 디즈니 채널 (Disney Channel, 스카이 라이프 채널 654번) 에서 방송되고 있다. (시간표상으로는 "토틀리 스파이스"라고 적혀있다.) 한국어 녹음은 KBS 2TV에서 방송되었으며, 지금은 투니버스에서 방송되고 있다.
이 TV시리즈는 비벌리 힐즈에 사는 세 고등학생 스파이들: 샘, 알렉스, 그리고 클로버가 주인공들이다. 이 셋은 비밀 국제기구 WOOHP (World Organization of Human Protection) 소속이며*, 역시 WOOHP 요원이자 세 스파이의 상사인 제리가 지급하는 특수 장비들로 국제적 범죄와 싸워나가는 활약상을 그려내고 있다. They must carry out their missions while still being concerned about tests, boys (like David), and their school rival, Mandy, an extreme prima donna.

프랑스의 Marathon Production이 제작한 이 TV시리즈는 가끔 해외에서 "미국식 아니메"로 평이 되기도 한다. 이 시리즈의 "일본의 소녀만화"에 영향을 받은 캐릭터 디자인, "아니메"에서 흔히 나타나는 '과장된 감정표현' (예를 들어 놀랄 때), 그리고 "아니메"식 효과음 때문이다. Thematically, it is a little reminiscent of the 1970s TV show Charlie's Angels, only in anime style and directed towards a female, teen-aged audience, with Jerry serving as a kind of amalgamation of "Bosley" and "Charlie". The show displays a retro aesthetic that pays homage to 60s design/fashion, especially "flower power" and the like.
Many, however, consider the show to lack many of the qualities that make the better anime series stand out. For example, many think that the plotlines of Totally Spies are contrived, and that many of the characters lack depth. For example, every time the spies are caught and about to be eliminated, the enemies leave suddenly, often without reason, in a deus ex machina, allowing the spies to make their exit easily with a few gadgets, almost always disguised as makeup. In addition, some of the characters can be considered stereotypes, such as the emperor of Japan, and the fact that the girls demonstrate the female stereotype of absolute materialism and shrewishness, and may fit as a example of pop feminism. Despite the series' criticisms, nevertheless it is popular enough to earn several seasons.
