닐 영(영어: Neil Young, 1945년 11월 12일 - )은 캐나다 토론토에서 태어났고, 동시대의 뮤지션들에게 큰 영향을 주었고 가장 존경받는 음악인 중의 하나가 된 싱어송라이터이다.
