The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images on Wikipedia is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. That site isn't controlled by her, so I still don't no whether that image appeared in a press kit or similar. Thus, the legality is still unclear. I've tagged the image {{no license}}. If you can show that image was once in a press kit or deliberately released by Jennifer Hale, put that information on the image page and remove the {{no license}} tag. Thank you again for providing the source; that's more than most uploaders around here. Changing the copyright tag would be acceptable, as long as the new tag is accurate. Unfortunately, though, it is irrelevant that the image is widely circulated on the internet. Copyright violations do abound, but Wikipedia can not accept them here.
