[edit] superior school system??
"By contrast with many of the surrounding neighborhoods, Victory residents enjoy ... a superior school system".
What justifies this statement? They are part of the same Minneapolis Public Schools (Special School District #1) that covers all of Minneapolis. Even if this was saying that the the one school located in Victory neighborhood (Loring) are superior, that hardly matters, since Minneapolis students attend schools all over the city, depending on the specific programs they choose.
