Vasily Dmitriyevich Kuznetsov (Russian: Васи́лий Дми́триевич Кузнецо́в) (born 7 February 1932 in village Kalikino, Ryazan Oblast) is a Soviet athlete who competed mainly in the Decathlon.
Kuznetsov trained at Burevestnik in Moscow. He competed for the USSR in the 1956 Summer Olympics held in Melbourne, Australia in the Decathlon where he won the Bronze medal. He returned for the 1960 Summer Olympics held in Rome, Italy in the Decathlon where he won his second Olympic Bronze medal.
