Stony Point Fashion Park is a unique, upscale outdoor mall in Richmond, Virginia that opened in 2003. It is owned and managed by Taubman Centers.
Following a disagreement with Forest City Enterprises on a possible mall development project, Short Pump Town Center was developed as a direct competitor and opened in 2003 in the same month that Stony Point Fashion Park opened. The opening day for Stony Point Fashion Park was the same day as the arrival of Hurricane Isabel to Richmond.
