Stephanie Says is a song by The Velvet Underground. It was released over a decade after the band broke up and is one of the most popular of songs newly released on VU.
"Stephanie Says" is especially popular? News to me. How is this measured? It wasn't released as a single, was it?
I'm surprised to read this, because in my POV, it's an embarassment to the VU catalogue, and the only justification for its existence is that it's a rough draft of "Caroline Says II". But that's POV and I wouldn't add it. I'm just wondering how anybody knows it's "popular". --63.25.27.249 17:52, 10 May 2007 (UTC)
- Although I like the song, that statement is odd--there is no way to really measure it, there's no source, etc. That bit should be removed. Freshacconci 17:57, 10 May 2007 (UTC)
