Sonoma Academy is a private coed four-year college preparatory high school for people located in Santa Rosa, California. It was founded in 2001 by Lisa French, Barbara Banke, Beverly Zeigler, Rosalind Manoogian, Greg French, Susan Wynne, Carol Farrow, Katherine Angell, Michael Draxton, Dorothy Tang, Kirt Zeigler and Nancy Lasseter. The campus is currently housed in the east wing of the Wells Fargo Center For The Arts (WFC), but a new, permanent campus is under construction, scheduled for completion in 2008.

The CONNECTIONS program is Sonoma Academy's community outreach program. Every semester, each student chooses a project and spends the second half of each Wednesday working on a school-sponsored community service project or a student-created project.
