Shunde District (traditional Chinese: 順德區; simplified Chinese: 顺德区; pinyin: Shùndé Qū; Yale Cantonese: Seun6 dak1) is a district of Foshan prefecture-level city in the Pearl River Delta, Guangdong Province, southeast China.

Shunde was a county-level city until December 8, 2002, when it became a district of Foshan prefecture-level city. Shunde has direct juridiction over 4 subdistricts and six towns:
- Daliang subdistrict (大良街道);
- Leliu subdistrict (勒流街道);
- Lunjiao subdistrict (伦教街道);
- Ronggui subdistrict (容桂街道);
- Chencun town (陈村镇);
- Jun'an town (均安镇);
- Xingtan town (杏坛镇);
- Longjiang town (龙江镇);
- Lecong town (乐从镇);
- Beijiao town (北滘镇).

Shunde boasts canals still used by barges and a street of restored colonial architecture named Hua Lu.
Tourist attractions include the Qinghui Garden (清晖园) featuring fish ponds surrounded by osmanthus, bamboo and mulberry bushes, and the nearby Qinghai Yuan restaurant, known for its classic Cantonese cuisine.

Since the institution of the Open Door Policy in Mainland China, industrial manufacturing and development have been on the rise in Shunde, especially the manufacture of furniture and electric appliances. Some famous mainland Chinese product brands like Kelon 科龙)are made in Shunde, Shunde has also opened a new technology industrial park containing well known car manufacturers such as Toyota. Also with its excellent geographical position for agriculture, Shunde is becoming one of the wealthiest counties in Guangdong, and even in mainland China, or global terms, according to official information from the Chinese Government and the United Nations.

Martial artist Bruce Lee's ancestral roots can be found in Gwan'on (Jun'an) in Seundak (Shunde). There is a street in the village named after Bruce Lee where his ancestral home is situated. The home is open for public access. The Lord Mayor of Melbourne , Australia, John So is from Shunde. Shunde is also known for it's unique cantonese food.
