Serrungarina is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Pesaro e Urbino in the Italian region Marche, located about 50 km northwest of Ancona and about 20 km south of Pesaro. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,261 and an area of 23.0 km².[1]
The municipality of Serrungarina contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Bargni, Pozzuolo, and Tavernelle.
Serrungarina borders the following municipalities: Cartoceto, Mombaroccio, Monteciccardo, Montefelcino, Montemaggiore al Metauro, Orciano di Pesaro, Saltara, Sant'Ippolito.
