Saules is a municipality in the district of Moutier in the canton of Bern in Switzerland. It is located in the French-speaking Bernese Jura (Jura Bernois).
It has a population of 166 and is mostly protestant.
It was first mentioned in the Confirmation Act of Pope Eugene III in 1148. The Bellelay convent and the Bishop of Basel owned land in Saules.
