Route 15 is a numbered State Highway running 8.4 miles in Rhode Island.

Route 15 takes the following route through the State:
- North Providence: 3.4 miles; US 44 to Pawtucket city line
- Mineral Spring Avenue
- Pawtucket: 5.0 miles; North Providence city line to Massachusetts State line at Brook Street
- Mineral Spring Avenue, Main Street, [Church Street, Pine Street] (Main Street), Pine Street, Goff Avenue, Exchange Street, [Broadway, Cottage Street, Grove Street, Armistice Boulevard] (Exchange Street, Spring Street, Denver Street) and Armistice Boulevard.

Route 15 is a major east-west commercial corridor in North Providence, running along the old Mineral Spring Turnpike. In Pawtucket, Route 15 runs along the north side of downtown and through the Mixed-Up Mile.
Route 15 becomes an unnumbered road in Massachusetts, though some sources label it Route 15; it is a short road connecting to Route 152.
