Randall Bailey (born September 13, 1974 in Opa Locka, FL) is an American boxer at welterweight.

The hard hitting Bailey turned pro in 1996 and won his first 21 fights by knockout, including the WBO Light Welterweight Title with a 1st round KO over Carlos Gonzalez in 1999. He defended the title twice before losing it in 2000 to Ener Julio in a close split decision.

In 2002 he won the Vacant WBA Light Welterweight Title with a 3rd round KO over Demetrio Ceballos, but lost the title in his first defense against Diosbelys Hurtado.

In 2003 he challenged DeMarcus Corley for the WBO Light Welterweight Title, but lost a decision.

In 2004 he then took on Miguel Angel Cotto for the WBO Light Welterweight Title, and was dominated. Although the fight was stopped on cuts, Bailey was down twice.

In 2005, Bailey only fought once defeating Roberto Ortega (18-14-1) by UD10.

In 2006, Bailey got back on track defeating four good fighters (Lenin Arroyo, Santos Pakau, Juan Polo Perez, & Russell Stoner Jones) to get the right to fight Shawn Gallegos for the IBA Intercontinental Light Welterweight Title, taking him out in 8 rounds to become the new [International Boxing Association] champion.

In 2007 He started off right where he got off beating Harrison Cuello by KO in the 2nd round. He than fought in June 8 vs. Herman Ngoudjo and lost by Split decision in 12 rounds.

In 2008 he won a match in Key West, Florida versus Anthony Mora by knock out.
