- It was up on VFD twice. First was a snowball keep, second was a speedy keep. The article stays. Blue Mirage (talk) 07:35, 17 March 2008 (UTC)
OVER 9000 protesters turned up.

- The Englewood, Colorado article gives Englewood as a "city". And, per http://www.churchofscientology.com/scientology-colorado.htm, the address for the Church of Scientology in Colorado is given as 3385 S. Bannock Street, Englewood, CO 80110 (my emphasis). Ayla (talk) 23:17, 17 March 2008 (UTC)
- The Englewood, Colorado article also mentions that Englewood is part of Metropolitan Denver. DigitalC (talk) 03:06, 18 March 2008 (UTC)
- You have a point too, but I was trying to keep that column at city- rather than metropolitan-level. If the protests had been held at Denver, Colorado ("the City and County of Denver", which is also part of the Denver-Aurora Metropolitan Area), then yes, change it to Denver. But my understanding is that the protests were held at Englewood, Colorado ("the City of Englewood"). What do you think? Ayla (talk) 10:16, 18 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Request to place same secondary sources at Wikinews article
If you can get a chance, it would be helpful to add these same secondary sources as they appear to the "Sources" section, at n:Wikinews international report: "Anonymous" celebrates L. Ron Hubbard's birthday#Sources. Cirt (talk) 09:19, 15 March 2008 (UTC)
- Wikinews report has been semi-protected; I can't edit it (account only created yesterday). Ayla (talk) 10:43, 16 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] San Francisco
I was at the San Francisco protest, and I estimated a max of 300 or a bit more. Unfortunately can't find an "official" reckoning of that, but others have posted that ~number online in a few places. I even saw "exactly 339 at max." Here's a general cite for the protest: http://sfist.com/2008/03/17/saturdays_scien.php

[edit] Philadelphia
Here's an article from a very large (printed every week and distributed on just about every street corner) paper in philadelphia. They cite the protests as having "more than 200" people in attendence. [12] 155.247.181.20 (talk) 22:53, 20 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Memphis, TN
I was present at the Memphis protest, and at our height of attendance we had 45 people show up. I don't really have any experience in editing wiki pages, so if someone could take care of that, it would be appreciated. - We're limiting the table to figures cited by reliable sources, such as mainstream press reports. I know it can be annoying when there is no press coverage of the event, but there are plenty of other wikis or forums where you can post primary source information.
