The Portuguese Supreme Administrative Court (Portuguese: Supremo Tribunal Administrativo) is the high-court in Portugal that deals with matters pertaining to administrative and fiscal legal relations.
This court functions without prejudice to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese Constitutional Court.
