Pennsylvania Route 562 is a state highway in Berks County, Pennsylvania. The route runs from U.S. Route 422 Business in Mount Penn east to Pennsylvania Route 73 in Boyertown.

Pennsylvania Route 562 heads east from US 422 Business on St. Lawrence Avenue. It passes through the borough of St. Lawrence and then enters Exeter Township, where the name changes to Boyertown Pike. It continues east through Amity Township and it intersects Pennsylvania Route 662 on the border of Amity Township and Oley Township. Pennsylvania Route 562 then passes through Earl and Douglass Townships. In Douglass Township, the road changes its name to Reading Avenue, and it retains that name up to the intersection with Pennsylvania Route 73 in downtown Boyertown.
