Someone needs to add information about her involvement with the orange juice guru in 1999 or so that caused her to have a brief decline from her top 10 position and caused such worry among her family, fans and the tour. It was a very odd occurence and is a very telling piece of information regarding her psychological and personal makeup and is a significant event in her history.
