This is my own unique identification (ID) which has never duplicated. If you see it anywhere on the internet, you can make sure that it is me (but you should ask me before; do not claim). My ID always leads with small 'o', not capital 'O' performed by scripts or stylesheets (such as the title you have seen). It all shows as small roman alphabets and two numerical digits (80), without any space or symbol.
[edit] History
I have used the ID since I started surfing the net about ten years ago. Beginning of idea was from the usage manual of a scientific calculator. I saw some formulae of octahedron and appreciated its meaning so I chose it as my online ID. But later, I found that only "octahedron" was repeated by many other's IDs so I decided to append something at the end. octa- means eight and I was born in 80s period. Finally, it became "octahedron80".

[edit] Frequent Problem
Sometimes when I am going to modify some articles, or even my user pages, I am blocked on IP's although those IP's are not mine and I already sign in. It may cause of another person who agitates eng wiki so he must be stopped, but the moderators usually block the main route so many users who are using the same route are also obstructed. I currently find the way that I can avoid this problem by logging in via secured eng wiki (I call it the black wiki because of its icon).
