[edit] Your changes to nu metal related articles.
Hello. Please do not change details that have already been discussed and/or are decided by consensus and/or references. If you feel change is appropriate, i suggest you propose so on the articles talk page. I must also note, that you should not inappropriately label other's edits as vandalism if they are clearly not, as you did here. Read up on it on WP:VANDAL if you like, or feel free to ask me, I will try to help you to the best I know. ~ | twsx | talkcont | ~ 11:54, 30 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] What?
I responded on my page to your comment, which I did not understand. I also wanted to say something else, though. So you claim that most nu metal bands "sux" and you also say that they are "false metal" (which I won't argue with; they aren't metal at all) and yet you love nu metal? It seems like it's your favorite genre. Oh, also, you have your genres wrong on your user page. You put some bands where they don't belong. In your nu metal section you have a few bands, including In Flames, that are not nu metal. In Flames old stuff is pure melodic death, and their new stuff is more metalcore. In your "true metal" section you put Machine Head which is also not "true metal." They're metalcore. There's also some other mistakes in the different sections, but I won't go on. No point to talk about this with someone who likes metalcore and nu metal... Blizzard Beast $ODIN$ 20:59, 1 May 2008 (UTC)
- Mmmm'kay. So you don't consider yourself a metalhead, even though you admittedly like thrash and melodic death metal (and also nu metal and metalcore). Ok. Yes, Machine Head is groove metal. But a lot of their stuff has a healthy dose of metalcore in it. As far as newer In Flames...what are you talking about? Newer In Flames is certainly not nu metal. I hear no rap or hip hop influence in newer In Flames. In Flames older stuff = melodic death metal...In Flames newer stuff = melodeath w/ a ton of metalcore influence. And I never even said anything about alternative metal. Blizzard Beast $ODIN$ 17:08, 5 May 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Your recent edits
Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when.
