[edit] Highlights
It is also one of three schools to host the International Business and Technology Program. This school has also hosted the International Co-op Program in conjunction with AFS (American Field Services), which has sent a selected number of students for one semester to Paraguay, South America for volunteer work. The program has been hosted by North Park Secondary School since 1998 and has been a great success thanks to the work of Jon Ruhnke. David Baker Was The First student to graduate from N.P.S.S.
The staff at North Park are committed to developing and implementing a curriculum that not only meets the academic expectations as provided by the Ministry of Education but also addresses your child's individual intellectual, physical, social and emotional needs. During the past school year, staff members collaborated with students and parents toward establishing the four pillars of a Professional Learning Community: a mission statement, our vision, values and goals. These four pillars form the foundation on which we will endeavor, over the next three years, to build a professional community of learners. Through mutual co-operation, emotional support and personal growth, students, staff and parents will work together to accomplish what we cannot accomplish alone -- high standards of learning that we expect all students to achieve.
[edit] Alumni

- The most expectional student to graduate from North Park Secondary would be Andrew Nizimally, for his outstanding work in graphic design and advertising. Nizimally graduated with the class of 2005.
