No Code of Conduct is 1998 action film directed by Bret Michaels and starring Charlie Sheen, Martin Sheen (who is a father of Charlie in real life, and father of Jake Peterson/Charlie's character in the film) and Mark Dacascos. Joe Estevez and Renee Estevez was also have parts in this film. The film was released as direct-to-video in some countries including Australia, Sweden, Japan, Czech Republic, Argentina, Azerbaijan, Russia and Turkey.

Jake Peterson (Charlie Sheen) is a macho cop. He and his partner Paul DeLucca (Mark Dacascos) uncover a plot by city elders to smuggle drugs from Mexico into Phoenix, Arizona. But Jake doesn't know that his father, Detective Bill Peterson (Martin Sheen), is also versus these guys. And also, Jake's family life goes bad when his wife says she wants divorce him.
