Andrés Nicolás Olivera (born 30 May 1978 in Montevideo) is an Uruguayan football player.
He currently plays for the Mexican team Puebla. He played for several clubs, including Defensor Sporting Club, Sevilla FC (Spain), Córdoba CF (Spain), Real Valladolid (Spain), Necaxa (Mexico), Atlas (Mexico), and Puebla (Mexico).

He plays for Uruguay and was a participant of the 2002 FIFA World Cup.
He made his debut against United Arab Emirates, on 13 December 1997 at 1997 FIFA Confederations Cup.
In the Malaysia 1997 U-20 World Cup, Olivera was chosen the best player of the tournament.
