The United States Census Bureau has defined 6 Combined Statistical Areas (CSAs),[1] 12 Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs),[2] and 15 Micropolitan Statistical Areas (μSAs)[3] in the State of New York. The following table describes these areas with the following information:
