New York State Route 387 is a short state highway in the western part of New York, USA. The route is entirely within the town of Murray in Orleans County.
NY 387 is a north-south highway. Its northern terminus is New York State Route 104 (Ridge Road). Running south from that point, the highway passes through the community of Brockville, crosses the Erie Canal, and terminates at New York State Route 31 in the community of Fancher, all while remaining in the town of Murray.
