Purpose of use	Used to illustrate a signifigant player from the team during 1979 and 1988 to 1990. He is the Sounds' career leader in four catagories and is one of two players to have his number retired by the team.
Replaceable?	An attempt has been made to locate a free equivalent of the image of this man during the same time period. As such an image can not be found, it is claimed under fair-use on the Wikipedia website for educational and noncommercial purposes.

This is a copyrighted image that has been released by a company or organization to promote their work or product in the media, such as advertising material or a promotional photo in a press kit.

The copyright for it is most likely owned by the company who created the promotional item or the artist who produced the item in question; you must provide evidence of such ownership. Lack of such evidence is grounds for deletion.
