Category:Mythemes
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In the study of mythology, mythemes are a feature of a myth, which may be shared with other, related myths. For example, the myths of Adonis and Osiris, or Jesus and Horus, share several elements, leading some scholars to conclude that they share a source. They can also be considered in this light: the shortest possible statement of a myth's events.
