Mutharam

Mutharam or Manthani Mutharam is a Mandal in Karimnagar district, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Mutharam is located 17km from town name Manthani. Its surrounded by thick forests, which have been a lifeline for the people who live here.

Mutharam has educational institutions run by the government of AP. It has a Police station, Govt Hospital and other basic amenities.

Agricultural lands are cultivated from the water from Maner river, which is tributary of Godavari river.

Villages around Muttaram are Paripelli, Adivi Srirampur, Odedu, Keshanapalli etc. Main crops grown here are Paddy (rice), Cotton, Corn (Maize) and Pulses.
