[edit] Alternative culture
Got your e-mail a bit late; sorry about that. If you want to get more people to look at the Alternative culture article, you should try making links in other articles to it. Find articles that are related to the subject, then find an appropriate way to link to the article from there. This should get more people to look at the article and thus get more feedback. -- LGagnon
I have fixed up the intro to the article so that it is more accurate now. Hopefully that'll be enough but I'm still leaving that open to debate. The sections of the article are still factually inaccurate and need to be either fixed up (which would really only be a temporary solution) or moved to their own articles (which would be much better). I think that you should help out in doing this work so that your previous work can be somewhat preserved. -- [[User:LGagnon|LGagnon]] 02:11, Oct 24, 2004 (UTC)
It's probably fair to warn you, before you go and make more articles like the "alternative literature" one, that much of the alt culture article is going to have to be scrapped. There is really much too much inaccuracy in there for every section to be salvigable. Please only consider making articles for ones that you know beyond a shadow of a doubt will be at least accurate in that the concept exists. -- [[User:LGagnon|LGagnon]] 05:45, Dec 12, 2004 (UTC)
[edit] Domino
Thanks for your article at "Domino records (UK Independent record label)", as that was a label we needed something on. However I moved the content into the Domino Records article. My reasons were 1)Relevent links already point to that page 2)Wikipedia has a number of other record label articles where there has been more than one label of the same name. At least as long as the info on each incarnation of the label name is fairly short that seems not to be a problem. If you feel I was wrong in my action and that there is a need to split up the Domino Records article, please discuss on Talk:Domino Records. Thanks and best wishes, -- Infrogmation 19:48, 29 Dec 2004 (UTC)
