Mithavaadi Krishnan

'ChangaramKumarathu Krishnan Vakkeel was community leader, social reformer, Journalist from from Indian state of Kerala. He was born in an Ezhava family of Thrissur on 11th June, 1867. He started a newspaper called Mithavaadi(means reformist), hence he know as Mithavaadi C Krishnan. He was an ardent follower of Sree Narayana Gurudevan. He was leader of Sree Narayana Dharma Paripalana yogam and his area of activities were North Kerala, especially northern Malabar districts. He was very active in organizing the meetings of Sree Narayana Dharma Paripalana yogam across north kerala. However, he did not support freedom Movement and against INC and Mahatma Gandhi. He wanted, before the nation achieves freedom, freedom of oppressed classes should be attains. He actively partcipated in Vaikom Satyagraha. In 1907 Mr Krishnan (along with Mr Kallingal Rarichan Mooppa) invited to Sree Narayana Guru to Malabar. Guru accepted the invitaion visited many places in Malabar.
