"Minority Report" is a single from the Jay-Z album Kingdom Come released with "Beach Chair" as its B side.
The track's subject is Hurricane Katrina which devastated New Orleans in 2005. It was produced by Dr. Dre and features guest vocals from Ne-Yo as well as various media quotes from the time of the disaster including Kanye West saying "George Bush doesn't care about black people."
A two-minute video clip featuring the song was released on the Internet as an advertisement for MTV's Hurricane Katrina Remembrance.
