Merrill Jenson is an award-winning American composer and arranger. He has scored many films, especially films shown in IMAX theaters.[1] His works include soundtracks to films such as Windwalker and The Testaments of One Fold and One Shepherd.[2] Academy Award-winning director Kieth Merrill has used him on several of his films.[3] Jenson also wrote the 1999 Ricks College Oratorio.[1] He was born and raised in Richfield, Utah and currently resides in Provo, Utah.
Jenson graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in music. He is married to the former Betsy Lee and they are the parents of six children.
