Manuelhp42 is the Wikipedia username employed by Manny Hernandez.
Manny was born in Venezuela in 1972. He is an Electrical Engineer (EE). He first went to school in Venezuela and then went to Cornell University, where he obtained his M.Eng. in EE. Over time he found his true passion in the web, becoming an expert in Online Communities.
A diabetic himself since 2002, in March 2007, he founded TuDiabetes.com, a social network for people touched by diabetes followed in August 2007 by EsTuDiabetes.com, s sister community in Spanish.
Since January 2008, he lives in the Bay Area with his wife and his son, where he works at Ning as a Community Advocate. He also writes a monthly bilingual column called Hola Diabetes for dLife.com, aimed at the Latino community.
In his spare time, Manny is always listening to music while he writes in his blog (AskManny.com), leaving a note in Twitter or reviewing products for Amazon.com, where he is reviewer #75.
