Mango is a popular Lithuanian girl group. Created in 1998, it immediately had hits with the covers "Pavasariniai žiedai" (Spring Blossoms) and Svetimi (Strangers). The group's debut album Balsas (The Voice) sold 15,000 copies. Second album released in 1998 Metų laikai (Seasons) sold over 25 thousand copies, third album Amžinai tavo (Forever yours) in 2000 - over 43 thousand, quite impressive amount for Lithuanian music market.
The group was created and is produced by brothers Mindaugas Bendžius and Gintaras Bendžius, known in Lithuania for Pop groups Production. Members of the group Rima, Vika Perminaitė and Asta (in 2005 replaced by Lina) have won a special competition in 1998, organised by Bendžius brothers and composer Žilvinas Liulys.
