Major Mike Russell

Major Mike Russell is an American actor born in Modesto, California. He was first tapped by Miami casting director, Ellen Jacoby for the anticipated television pilot based on the DC Comics character Aquaman, developed by Smallville creators Al Gough and Miles Millar for The CW titled project, Mercy Reef, as the watch officer with Lou Diamond Phillips, Ving Rhames and Justin Hartley. Following this TV pilot, he was cast in the writer-director Howard Himelstein's coming-of-age dramedy titled, My Sexiest Year, as Fabrizio's Yacht Captain, produced by one of Hollywood film producer Michael Cerenzie.
The film is about a young man played by (Frankie Muniz) and his past romantic experience with a top international model, played by (Amber Valletta). The movie also stars Harvey Keitel, Frances Fisher, Haylie Duff, Karolina Kurkova, and Christopher McDonald
Major Mike just recently landed a small part in the upcoming film, Bachelor Party 2, with Harland Williams, Sara Foster, Josh Cooke, Greg Pitts, Warren Christie, Danny A. Jacobs, Hiromi Oshima, Emmanuelle Vaugier, Audrey Landers, and others. The film is a 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment sequel to the 1984 Tom Hanks comedy Bachelor Party (film), with James Ryan directing and writer Jay Longino.
