[edit] Skelecogs
The Skelecogs are Cogs in their pre-development stage and do not have an outer-skin yet. Skelecogs are only found in Cog Headquarters, and cannot be found roaming the streets unless there is a skelecog invasion.
[edit] Virtual Skelecogs
The virtual skelecogs can only be found in the District Attorney (DA)'s Office inside Lawbot Headquarters. You may only battle them if you attempt to solve the laser puzzle but do it wrong. When battled, they give the opposing Toon(s) no jury notices so it is never in a Toon's best interest to battle them.
[edit] Goons
Goons are not necessarily Cogs. The Goon's main attack is the ejection of a spotlight, of which deducts 5-20 Laff Points of the victim Toon's Laff Meter, depending on the color of their hat. They cannot be destroyed, but can be temporarily disabled by being jumped on.

Some goons can be found in the factory, although most of them have yellow hats don't do severe damage.
- Goons in Cashbot Headquarters
Cog Goons are also main antagonists (although minor ones) in the realm of the Cog CFO. The Toons engaged in the CFO battle can jump on and the Goons, which get picked up by a magnet and thrown at the CFO (which stun him) and then a safe will be able to be hurled at him without being used as a helmet. They get stronger as you damage the CFO.

From time to time, Cog Goons are spotted in the DA's office of Lawbot Headquarters. When seen they are giant, and have dark blue caps.
