Lima-Van Wert-Wapakoneta, OH Combined Statistical Area

The Lima Metropolitan Area, formally the Lima Metropolitan Statistical Area is a large part of the Lima-Van Wert-Wapakoneta Combined Statistical Area, as defined by the United States Census Bureau. It includes Allen and Auglaize counties, and the combined statistical area also includes the county of Van Wert. The core city is Lima, Ohio. As of the 2000 Census the population of the Combined Statistical Area is 184,743.
This area also has a strong commuter interchange with the Findlay-Tiffin, OH Combined Statistical Area.

The metropolitan area includes the cities of Lima, Wapakoneta, and St. Marys. It also includes the villages of Beaverdam, Bluffton, Buckland, Cairo, Cridersville, Elida, Ft. Shawnee, Harrod, Minster, New Bremen, New Knoxville, Spencerville, Uniopolis, and Waynesfield.
Villages that are also included in the combined statistical area are Convoy, Elgin, Middle Point, Ohio City, Venedocia, Willshire, Wren, and the cities of Van Wert and Delphos.
