[edit] Chattambi swamigal

He is a goonda turned swami, who contributed nothing to the nair community. He was never an authority on anything.I would like to consider Ayyan kali much above him since Two Dalits(KR Narayanan and KG Balakrishan) could reach top positions in India as a result of the humble work started by him many decades ago. Which are the old tamil texts he interpreted? The great tamil treatise,Thirukkural or chilappathikarm have no reference to nair.--Anil4773 04:39, 22 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] User:202.82.32.177

Hi, I'm not sure what this user is doing, but he's doing a lot of it without explanation despite warnings. I notice you reverted him; I wasn't entirely sure if the edits were constructive, but I left a warning anyway. If you have a little more experience in the subject matter I'd appreciate it if you could do something about it - check the user's other contributions. Thanks – Qxz 12:16, 23 February 2007 (UTC)

Never mind. The user has started providing edit summaries which explain their actions, and appears to be editing constructively. Sorry for the unnecessary message – Qxz 12:26, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
Regarding this user, who has reverted a number of my edits. It might be helpful if you read the message I've just left on their talk page. It appears to be the same user as User talk:163.166.137.10 which is a British Airways IP address. 202.82.32.177 is of a hotel in Hong Kong so it would make sense.
Yesterday they described my edits as "unreasonable" but I explained what I was doing on Wikipedia talk:WikiProject UK Railways#Usage stats and linked to this from each edit summary. No comments have been left from anyone else regarding the matter so I've suggested it was unhelpful to revert all my work without either mentioning it on WikiProject UK Railways or by contacting me.
Hopefully this puts the issue into context. Regards. Adambro 15:25, 23 February 2007 (UTC)

I got a message that said my name consisted of "random" characters and therefore was invalid and I needed a new one... But in my opinion, this name is anything but random. My real first name is Luke, so everyone calls me Skywalker. I am not quite sure where the Evil part came from, but it has stuck for years... My username on various sites and services has been 3v1l_5kyw4lk3r, Evil_Skywalker with all vowels replaced by corresponding numbers. [edit] Liam jones91

I figured I should make you aware of Liam jones91's edits here and here. He has yet again undermined warnings and vandalized. — Dorvaq (talk) 13:37, 3 April 2007 (UTC)

WOW!!! You've been reverting vandalism non-stop recently, and you've warned every vandal you revert! (For the last 500+ contributions!) Great work, keep it up! · AO Talk 21:04, 3 April 2007 (UTC)
You earned it really; I just happended to come by and saw all your contribs. Very impressive! Kudos to you again. · AO Talk 22:08, 3 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Unprompted editor review

Keep using edit summaries, try copyediting articles and less vandal fighting, and you could ready yourself for RfA, if you don't mind the responsibility. Question: Where in Wikipedia space do you edit most? Xiner (talk) 00:16, 4 April 2007 (UTC)

Thank you very much Xiner :) I'm not ready for an RfA though, since I've only been here since December 2006.

Answer to your question

It's the Sandbox that I edit the most to reset and revert stuff that's not aloud in there, but I'm trying to stay away from that. Other than that now. I think it's mostly reverting vandalism, parcipitating in RfA's, and sometimes Xfd debates. > Kamope < 00:34, 4 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Vandalism of MY UserPage

Why is buckethead allowed to vandalise my page? and I'm not allowed to vandalise his? Maurauth 15:29, 6 April 2007 (UTC)

Bucketheader is not allowed to vandalise your page, but you shouldn't vandalise his. If he continues to vandalise your page, consider placing {{subst:uw-upv1}} on his talk page and if he continues place {{subst:uw-upv2}} and if he continues after that, place {{subst:uw-upv3}} and user {{subst:uw-upv4}} as a last warning. If Bucketheader continues to vandalise your page after the last warning, then report him at WP:AIV. > Kamope < 15:47, 6 April 2007 (UTC)

Why did you leave one on my page, and not on his then? Maurauth 16:02, 6 April 2007 (UTC)

I didn't know he vandalized your page. > Kamope < 16:06, 6 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Hey Kamope- note about hangon tags

Hey Kamope. Just came across a warning you gave to another editor at User talk:Felinor. Whether or not they added a hangon tag, they shouldn't have removed the speedy tag, and so the warning probably still stands. It is a friendly message anyway, so I don't think there is any problem in warning people when they have removed the tag in good faith. J Milburn 12:47, 8 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] John Prescott

Your recent revert of John Prescott did not go far enough. The version to which you reverted was a version by a vandal. Your revert left that vandal's edit harder to spot. Viewfinder 14:59, 15 April 2007 (UTC)
