Lekso Aleksishvili

Lekso Aleksishvili is the current Finance minister of Georgia. His appointment was announced by Prime Minister Zurab Nogaideli 30 June 2005. He had previously been the Minister of Economic Development.
Lekso Aleksishvili will preside over the 14th session of the United Nations Commission on Sustainable Development in New York at the end of April 2006. Aleksishvili is to present the declaration to be drafted at the conference and the corresponding recommendations on the environment protection.[1].
