L'Orange GmbH is a German company specializing in the design and creation of injection solutions for medium and high speed off-highway diesel engines[1]. Founded by Prosper L'Orange [2] in 1927 in the town of Feuerbach[3], L'Orange designs and manufactures pumps, injectors, and valves to tolerances of .001 mm[4]. Introducing the first electronically controlled Common rail fuel injector system in August 1997[5], L'Orange has a considerable market share of its target market.
