Kurt Kelly born in Ocala, Florida.
Kelly is a Representative in the House of Representatives of the U.S. state of Florida. He received his Bachelors degree from the Florida State University. In addition, he received his Masters in Education from the University of South Florida. It should also be noted he lives in Ocala, Florida with his family.
