KROK (95.7 FM) is a radio station broadcasting a Adult Album Alternative music format. Licensed to South Fort Polk, Louisiana, USA, the station serves the area surrounding Fort Polk and Vernon parish and surrounding areas. The station is currently owned by West Central Broadcasting [1]
The station is one of only two Adult Album Alternative stations in Louisiana. The other is University run KSLU in Hammond.

This station originally was assigned a Construction permit in 2000 to the Baldridge-Dumas Communications Inc. group of Many, Louisiana as a 6,000 watt station to service the Fort Polk Military base as well as surrounding Vernon Parish. This station was sold in 2002 to its current owners who came on the air in 2003 with the current format at 6,000 watts. The station was granted a construction permit in September 2003, with final FCC licensing in 2006 of its current 25,000 watt level of power.
