Kingstowne, Virginia

Kingstowne is an unincorporated community in Fairfax County, Virginia, United States. It is a master-planned community that lies amidst the Washington, D.C. suburbs of Springfield, Alexandria, and Lorton, Virginia and is centered around the intersection of South Van Dorn Street and Kingstowne Village Parkway. Its population is approximately 12,000.
It possesses its own town center which is a major office and retail hub in eastern Fairfax County, Virginia, Virginia. The entire community is comprised of numerous villages containing apartments, condominiums, single family homes, and townhomes. It began construction in the 1980s through the Halle Companies and is still expanding today in the town center with commercial and office space and in the villages with more single family homes.
