Hello

My name is Kilnburn and this is my terrority on wikipedia. I am generally a nice, thoughtful user who likes getting into the mix of sorting out articles and adding new ones where i can. • Inverclyde Royal Hospital (with tie-in link and health section in Greenock. plan at a later date to maybe include a history section if i can)

several Scottish shopping centres including: Kingsgate, The Mercat, Thistles, Stirling; Eastgate, Inverness; Gyle, Edinburgh and The Forge, Glasgow (all were originally created by myself on a previous account, been modified with an info box added plus pictures and references where possible)

pictures for The Mercat and Kirkcaldy Railway Station (i was a bit jealous that both Dunfermline Railway Stations had them and decided to do something about it)

education (tidy-up), culture (theatre and music), transport (railway station tidy-up and bus station) and Dunfermline High School page (most of the info on the Dunfermline article about the history was put here to relieve space on the page) are my contributions to the Dunfermline article

some info on the introduction to Berwick-Upon-Tweed (about the disposal of the parish council and population) and economy (town centre and the mention of the retail park and Loaning Meadows development)

health (Perth Royal Infirmary and first paragraph of Royal Murray Hospital) and economy (city centre) are my contributions to the Perth page

health and economy (City Centre paragraph) are my contributions to the Inverness page

Kirkcaldy revamp project (about to start, things are being tweaked on my word document and what might be a good opportunity to seriously improve the quality of the article)

have to tell Mutt Lucker about the finding of info about Balwearie High School and three pictures.

have to find sources displaying a map of Kirkcaldy town centre and for Victoria Hospital, being north of the town centre (the one on Victoria Hospital will do, if there is nothing else)

[edit] Future Contributions

major overwhal of the Kirkcaldy article:

Phase 1:

• removal of four sections: media, music and theatre, public parks and politics and regional information for the space of a better and expanded history section
• spread the info across into sub-sections, but only two will be done at this stage (1)
• at least three pictures will re-locate from the pictures section, with a new one added, probably of the harbour site
• Kirkcaldy police station will move into the pictures section

Phase 2:

• the remaining sub-sections will be added with two new pictures (2)
• creation of a new section: Arts, Politics and the Media- comprising of info from three old sections
• some pictures will be removed into the pictures section for space, they will be uploaded to wikipedia commons though

Phase 3:

• a new article introduction
• shopping and leisure will be renamed town centre and will include a introduction and three sub-sections

Phase 4:

• section re-shuffle with sport, transport and education to the tail end of the article, where others that include: areas of Kirkcaldy, health and town centre will follow after the history section in that order.
• famous people will go under a transformation into famous lang tounians, which will move into it's new home between religion and pictures

Phase 5:

• work will commence on education (cut this down), transport (railway station, removal of the park and ride sub-section and downsizing those pictures), sport (spiliting into sections, golf courses will merge into this)and twin town
• this will also include adding four new external links to the page: Kirkcaldy Golf Course, Dunnikier Park Golf Course, Dunnikier House Hotel and Forbo Nairn.

Phase 6:

• new articles-industries of Kirkcaldy, history of Kirkcaldy, schools of Kirkcaldy, list of people from the lang toun will supply links onto the main Kirkcaldy page

• new articles on Sinclairtown, Gallatown (which will hopefully include Fife Ice Arena) and Linktown

Victoria Hospital (Kirkcaldy) article revamp

• pictures (four are planned, with one situated in the info box)
• history extension (to include in greater detail, the history of the site)
• other existing sections to be extended (Hospital extension and Victoria Hospital Radio)
• a full list of all services and departments
• NHS Fife info on the hospital
• a general tidy-up

(work will start as soon as the Kirkcaldy revamp has been partly done or fully completed)

Fort Kinnaird Retail Park work

Glasgow Fort work

Inverness economy (further shopping facilities, including the building of a ASDA in the city, a mention of the retail & business park and being so called "Tesco Town")

Burntisland, Kinghorn, Dunfermline and Dysart work

• Dysart revamp to include new sections and three pictures with emphasis put on the history, maybe even an info box and geographical location within Scotland
• Dunfermline history extension, to include Dunfermline's linen industry and post-war developments (intending to replace Dunfermline's Eastern Expansion)

Levenmouth town articles, Methil, Leven and Buckhaven

• need references, particularly from my books. plus i want to make a mention of the possible re-opening Leven Railway Station on the Levenmouth line and i have do have a reference to prove it.

• both articles will have sections (Methil and Buckhaven) including an info box, displaying geographical location within Scotland and population. all three articles will tie into the main Levenmouth article.

new Fife articles: West Wemyss, Coaltown of Wemyss and Windygates (that are currently not represented on wikipedia at the moment)

"My Name is Joe" (1998) - i wish to add a info box, picture and some more info, if possible. at a later stage, i might add more.
