Kickboxer 2: The Road Back is a 1991 film. It is the first of a series of sequels to the 1989 film, Kickboxer which stars Jean-Claude Van Damme as Kurt Sloan. Van Damme, however, does not appear in this sequel and the action follows Kurt Sloan's brother David (Sasha Mitchell). Kickboxer 2 has been described as similar to Kickboxer, but with more kicking, but maybe less boxing. There is some jumping to be seen. Kurt Sloan's brother David Sloan had to fight against Tiger Tong Po, the former Thai Champion. In this film, Kurt Sloan and Eric Sloan are already dead at the hands of Tong Po.
