Kevin Simon is a strength and conditioning graduate assistant at the University of Tennessee. He was an American football linebacker who was selected by the Washington Redskins in the last round of the 2006 NFL Draft. He played at the University of Tennessee from 2001-2004. He was a star linebacker & running back at the famed De La Salle High School in Concord, Ca from 1997-2001. He played in the first ever U.S. Army All-American Bowl on December 30th, 2000 alongside fellow Tennessee Volunteer Cedric Houston.
